I had never tried yoga before, but I finally thought I should give it a try. Yoga Bar has a good mixture of relaxation type classes and heated work-outs. I have been impressed with this studio and highly recommend. All of the instructors are great, but Atalie is my current favorite. If you are trying it out for your first free class, definitely try one of hers!

The Yoga Bar is clean, aesthetically beautiful, and a great place to start practicing yoga or improve your practice. The friendly instructors are well qualified to teach proper form and alignment while also challenging their students. My only complaint is the class schedule: there are not many classes throughout the day which makes it difficult to find one that fits into my schedule. All in all, The Yoga Bar is worth the price if it fits your schedule!
