Great experience helpful coaching. The members here are extremely friendly I was dropping into workout at the 5am class. I walked in a little late but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile. Each of the members made and effort to greet me as well and make me feel at home. World class service from both the coach and the members. I will defiantly be back next time I'm in the Waco area.
I dropped in two days in a row and joined the 5:00 am class. The coaches were very friendly and made me feel so welcome. I got a great workout too (which meant I could indulge in the cupcake at Magnolia Bakery!).
Straight up, One of the best boxes I have been to...and I travel for a living seeing different cultures, philosophies of gyms/boxes and I loved my time here.

Great workouts!! Leadership is great atmosphere is solid. I recommend JR CrossFit. Was a little costly for me but I do believe it is worth it!

From the moment you step into the box you are welcomed and that's not something you find at every gym or box. I joined in Sept of 2016 and love the friends/family, as well as the progress I've made! Our coaches are amazing and make sure you are comfortable doing each workout. Don't worry about what your fitness level is, they modify to fit what YOU can do. You'll also be cheered on by the other members till the end! Come check it out and experience it for yourself, you won't regret it!
Great staff and facilities. This is my dream gym. Any piece of equipment you can think of is at your disposal. The design of the gym allows you to work hard while feeling like a BEAST!

JR Crossfit has helped me get back on track in my fitness journey. They understand that not everyone that walks into the box are on the same level. They take time to get to know you and your goals and are literally right next to you encouraging you as you work out. I especially love that the members model the same values. They treat you like family and help you in any way possible. JR Crossfit is a true example of their motto; I AM BECAUSE WE ARE!! We are all one at the BOX!
