I worked out here to give it a try and it was amazing! It definitely lived up to my expectations, even superseded them. It's an environment that will force you to work hard, and they have options that will allow you to refuel after a workout that's healthy, contrary to some of the gyms I've been to before.... more

I have never been a gym or a group person, but since I have been going to Orange Theory I am a convert. The combination of HIIT and strength training, the organization of the workout, and the camaraderie around the team during each workout is just phenomenal.... more

I had never tried yoga before, but I finally thought I should give it a try. Yoga Bar has a good mixture of relaxation type classes and heated work-outs. I have been impressed with this studio and highly recommend.... more
