I worked out here to give it a try and it was amazing! It definitely lived up to my expectations, even superseded them. It's an environment that will force you to work hard, and they have options that will allow you to refuel after a workout that's healthy, contrary to some of the gyms I've been to before.... more
I've been working with Nadya for the past six months to get ready for a hip replacement. I was originally planning on having the surgery in December, but she has helped me strengthen the muscles in my leg and in my core, and I'm now pushing the surgery back to summer or later.... more
Great experience helpful coaching. The members here are extremely friendly I was dropping into workout at the 5am class. I walked in a little late but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile.... more
I have never been a gym or a group person, but since I have been going to Orange Theory I am a convert. The combination of HIIT and strength training, the organization of the workout, and the camaraderie around the team during each workout is just phenomenal.... more

I had never tried yoga before, but I finally thought I should give it a try. Yoga Bar has a good mixture of relaxation type classes and heated work-outs. I have been impressed with this studio and highly recommend.... more

Very nice coaches . Good and positive atmosphere. This Waco boxing club is the best to go to because the owner is super nice and they teach you some good moves and it is really fun over at Waco boxing club/you guys have to come to Waco boxing club there nice.... more

I have always had good experience with the staff as well. I just joined this week, but was a member in the past.. There are no water fountains, i had to get a drink from the sink in the bathroom! A lot of the treadmills are rusty, the ceiling leaks in the women only area.... more
