Only been to two classes as of this review, but the staff is friendly and the flow classes are a great start for beginners! So far i love it!

I LOVE this place! Instructors are awesome and staff is friendly. My favorite classes are the hot yoga and sweat heat and beats. Honestly, this is the best studio in Waco!

I love Yoga Pod! Not only do they have great classes that keep me in shape, but they also have a great sense of community that is evident the moment you walk through the door. I personally love the higher intensity classes such as PodBarre and YogaTone. They also offer a variety of other classes that are suitable for any level. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Enjoyable atmosphere and environment that encourages learning the various practices and pushing yourself at your own pace! Whether I'm doing yoga with friends or come to a class by myself, I feel comfortable and confident!

I loved the teacher's demeanor and skill during the class, it was calming and helpful. The facility was bright and well designed, The bathroom/locker room was clean and I appreciated the little touches of mouth wash and other hygiene items made available to the students.
