We are so lucky that our yoga family has grown this spring. Each class I have taken is so beneficial and the instructors each have a way of making classes fun.
I can't say enough good things about Yoga8. Since I became a member, my flexibility, strength, and mental health have all benefited. All of the instructors are super caring and kind, and really push you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. I've learned so much about the practice of yoga, and look forward to every class. Yoga8 has so many different types of classes at different times, and there is truly a class for everyone!
Yoga8 is my favorite Yoga studio! Their instructors go above and beyond to make each individual comfortable during class. I would not go anywhere else for a refreshing Yoga experience!
Yoga8 is the most amazing space to practice yoga. I am finishing up my first week (which is FREE) and I am already noticing a difference in my body and mind. Each instructor I have had at the studio is kind, knowledgable, and passionate. They take the time to ask how you're doing and adjust the practice as needed to meet your needs and breathe into your tight spaces. The owner is very personable and fun to be around. The community is diverse and is compiled of people from all walks of life. I am looking forward to being part of this community and practicing with these wonderful people in this special place.
Yoga 8 is an amazing studio! The instructors are so knowledgeable and have helped grow my yoga practice immensely! Definitely a come-as-you-are environment that I would recommend to anyone! :)
I signed up for my trial first week. I called in advance to check if I needed anything in advance for my visit for the Aerial Hatha Yoga class. Never ONCE was it mentioned a workshop was mandatory prior to the class. So I showed up, but was turned away by warm smiling faces. The next workshop is available in April. I am here on business for a couple of days. Since there is no communication on the website regarding this "workshop" there should definitely be some communication when speaking to someone regarding the class. This was not only a waste of time, but a nuisance as well.

I love this studio!! I love how relaxed the atmosphere- their creed is clearly followed; it really is a judgment free zone.
Had an amazing time here with my girls last weekend! Such a fun unique Bachelorette activity! :)
Yoga8 has turned the impossible into possible for me. The owner, Kim Damm, is one of the most positive amazing and influential people in the yoga community. She lifts you up every time you walk through the doors of her studio. You are sure to leave with a smile on your face and body feeling energized and relaxed at the same time. I highly recommend this place for a truly unique yoga experience, you won't be disappointed.

My second home. I feel like the studio is one big family. Very welcoming studio and members where their is no judgment. They welcome you with open arms and want you to live your yoga journey and will help guide you through that journey. They have a good variety of classes to choose from for whatever you are seeking.
