The employees were really nice, and the equipment was fine. Nothing fancy, but I didn't want that. (Last visit was 3 years ago, so it might be better now). Store employees were great. My issue was with the corporate policies. I only wanted to pay month to month, but even with that they kept taking the money from my bank even after I called the gym to cancel (when they stopped the free buddy program) and stopped the payments at the bank. I ended up paying for a 3 month bill that would have gone to collections. So, be careful! You may ONLY cancel in person, when the manager is there, and when the computer works. I made 3 separate trips to cancel. Very easy to sign up; very hard to cancel.

Has all the basic no frills equipment. Friendly staff keep the place clean.
Im from out of town , and went to Golds Gym Express here in Waco . I let them know i was a franchise member and wanted a day pass as ive been a member for over a yr. The desk clerk was very rude and told me i should know better if im a Golds member that my travel pass doesnt work at a corporate gym. Insisted i pay a week pass for $49 or pay for a month pass. He is the sole reason i will never go back. I went yesterday 01/23/18 at 7pm.

Have been going to express for 3 years, never once had I ever experienced anything negative. Very clean and homey environment with a helpful staff. Best gym in Waco.

Awesome place to get a great workout. Just wished it had a sauna..
In town for the weekend and needed somewhere to get a good workout. I heard good things about this location and the recommendation proved truthful. Received a warm welcome from the staff and everyone was kind and courteous. I've been to plenty of gold's gym locations and this "express" was perfect for what I needed to do. They had a great area for CrossFit style training and plenty of equipment for all strength athletes and bodybuilders. I visit Waco often to see family and will certainly be back here if my stay falls on a workout day. The daily drop-in fee is $15. Gladly paid it and was on my way.

Nice clean gym, been working out there for several years.. Nice atmosphere, people are sociable for the most part of course that may just be me. equipment is acceptable for a regular joe gym but not so much if you're a powerlifter but again it would still do. If you're an advanced lifter you might feel a little out of place. Mostly newbies and some intermediate lifters but not many advanced lifters for the most part.
Benjamin & Reed are amazing, friendly and helpful. It's an awesome feeling to head into this gym after a long day and be greeted with smiles. The other day, my keys fell behind the lockers. Benjamin and Reed spent an hour trying to retrieve them, and eventually did. I was so impressed by their determination and ingenuity while simutaneously maintaining a sense of humor about the whole thing. This gym is always spotlessly clean and it's by far the best Gold's I've ever visited.
These people are thieves. It has taken me over 3 months to cancel my account as nobody seems to know how to actually get it to stop drafting my account. Go to another gym that isnt ran by thieves.
Nice friendly workers. Very clean and they have excellent equipment.
The staff is helpful. The facility is always clean and smells good. I have lost 30 lbs working out here. It is very inviting and the front desk is friendly.
