I started working with Terri before the end of the summer and have seen amazing results. Time spent with Terri is great because she not only helps you improve and excise your body, but your mind as well. She helps give you the confidence you need mentally to be able to handle all of the physical challenges. Terri not only was our trainer but our friend! She even drove 2 hours on a Saturday to come support me in a very important event. If you have not has success meeting your weight-loss goals or health goals, start working with Terri TODAY and she will help make those goals because a reality! I gained 30 lbs 5 years ago, I never thought I would work it off. Now that I am back into a size 8, I am continuing to work toward getting into a size 6. You don't think its possible, BUT IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU!!

Terri, is amazing. Whether a small group or all alone, she gives personal attention to help you achieve your weight and strength training goals. I do not enjoy exercise, I am 45 and have never been in good shape. I work out with her at 5:45 am and drive 30 min to get there, but it is worth the extra effort to have her on my side. I've tried gym memberships and home equipment, but they sit unused. Terri, is like a force of nature. Always happy. Always telling me that I can do it. I may complain and gripe about a certain exercise, but she is always positive and tells me I can do anything for 30 seconds. She is worth every penny!!

Lianna - Dec. 7, 2011 Finding an exercise program that matched my schedule, and finding a way to motivate myself to exercise has been difficult. With Terri's Boot Camp, I am able to relieve stress and get in shape. It feels good when working out with Terri and she is so very encouraging, always having something positive to say about our progress. I've been doing the Boot Camp for over a month now, and I am motivated to continue indefinitely. Thank You, Terri!
