Great place to work out, amazing staff, very friendly.. I have been coming here for almost 3 years. I enjoy the instructors and the variety of classes. For many of the classes, I can accomplish weights and cardio in 45 minutes to an hour.... more

Team Chip is a wonderful Tae Kwon Do school. We've been there for over a year and a half now. My son is 7 and loves the skills he's learning, the friends he makes there as well as the wonderful instructors!
