The workout is definitely different. Very high intensity, what is great about it is it is low impact on the joints while being extremely challenging IMO. Highly recommend!.I LOVE Chucktown fitness!! The front desk is pleasant and makes a point of greeting you with eye-contact and a smile. It's clean - and even when it's busy - there are plenty of machines open. The bathrooms are super clean.... more
Coastal is an awesome gym-there are ample routes for every level, and the owners, staff, and climbers are always friendly and helpful. I love the community atmosphere, and the premium membership that offers 24 hour access is absolutely worth the extra $15.... more

The tan beds are spotless and the bulbs are perfect! I got a nice baseline tan and was well prepared for our beach trip to Costa Rica. Gold's Gym is a great facility..Good staff and plenty of classes available.... more

Clean facility. Plenty of access to machines/equipment, & the workout area has the most open space that I've ever seen in a gym. It looks like a big warehouse w/ huge mirrors that basically span from floor to ceiling.... more
