Pilates of Charleston is the premier Pilates studio in the Charleston area. The staff are professionals, and they give individuals their undivided attention by giving clients a superb workout. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and I will continue my sessions there. It helps with my weight lifting training.
The first Pilates classes I ever took were with Katie and Julie at Pilates of Charleston and that was nearly 10 years ago. The instructors' understanding of how to keep bodies moving and progressing, but always safe, is without comparison. If you want to be continually challenged, learn how to move correctly and get a rock hard core - this is your spot.

Pilates of Charleston is the very best Pilates studio in town!! Katie & Elizel are amazing teachers. They have helped to achieve my goals & beyond. I highly recommend this studio to anyone seeking to improve their physique & strength.

Thank you! I've gone to several pilates studios in the Charleston are and have really loved this one!!! The three instructors there that have taught me are all great. The one thing I can't understand is how they can make their classes so affordable! $18 for a group reformer class!!!!!!!! That is the lowest I have ever seen anywhere ever! And if you sign up for a monthly package, classes can go down to $15 an hour... And the studio is beautiful!!! I can't wait for the online signup program and the new BOSE system they are installing next week! This place is the perfect studio and it is obvious that they know how to please their customers! Go Pilates of Charleston!!!
