I trained with Brian back in the good ole days. Always a great workout. Brian is very knowledgeable and has a high moral character. If you live in Mt. Pleasant......this is where you want to go.

I have been involved in martial arts for over 20 years. I have Black belts in two different styles and was an assistant instructor in my last school. All that to say I know a good school when I find one and I have to say I have been very impressed with the school facilities and the instruction is second to none. Safety is a top priority, it is a well structured class but still allows for a little fun. Mr. Mills handles the balance between disciplined hard work with a more relaxed atmosphere flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend this school to anyone looking for the best of both worlds in martial arts.
