I can't say enough wonderful things about Breathe Pilates. I am a former competitive athlete who has practiced multiple movement modalities and even taught some. I came to Breathe with a late 40 something body that was tired of being beat up by yoga, HIIT, and cross fit. I found a refuge that allowed my body to move with purpose and ease. Every single teacher is special in her own way, offering something for everyone in the class. The detail to alignment is my favorite part of the classes, but it's done in a way that still provides the feeling that you have worked hard. I love that they limit their class numbers to provide individual detail to each and every person. If you want personal and professional, and affordable instruction, this is the place to practice.
The studio is super clean and inviting. Elizabeth, the instructor was amazing! She made the class challenging and offered hands-on assistance when needed throughout the entire class. It was the equivalent of having my own personal trainer with me! Also, the music selection was perfect for a great pilates class.
Friendly staff, very clean relaxing studio. Instructors are top notch and I love the variety of class options.

I love that you can buy one membership for pilates mat, yoga and barre. I tried them all and loved the instructors and classes themselves. Also the studio is very cute and clean. I highly recommend!

This was the absolute best mani/pedi experience I have ever had! Samantha was SUPERB! I have never had my nail polish last so long with chipping -- nearly 5 days -- and that was with doing a lot of housework. My toenails have yet to chip. They look as great as the day Samantha painted them. I will definitely be going back!
