I'VE NEVER WORKED THIS HARD AND HAD THIS MUCH FUN.

We moved back to Charleston last summer and with everything else on my plate, fitness always seemed to get put on hold. We had always been active before running 5k, 10k's, Rugged Maniac, and USMC Mud Runs, but I got lazy and allowed myself to start packing on the pounds. We joined a contemporary health club but never went. When I passed 280lbs I finally realized my health was going down hill fast. I needed to hit the reset button and get a jump start to help me get back on track.

That's were Charleston's Best Boot Camp comes in. I joined in January and have never looked back. I went to the 3 classes a week for 6 weeks. After the first few weeks I was able to start running again. The trainers ( Riley, Shannon, Jeremy,,,etc) not only kicked our butts but also spent a lot of time on instruction so we could do the exercises properly and not get hurt. The end result is I lost 25lbs and 6% of body fat in 6 weeks. I now go to their Cross Fit classes 3 times a week and have an absolute blast. I have lost 50lbs, I'm stronger, faster, and more flexible than I have been in 20yrs. So if your willing to commit and put in the effort CBBC will help you reach your goals. Thank you Frequency Fitness you have changed my life.

The first day of boot camp, I could not do a sit up. I was 6 -weeks to the day post 2nd baby and anxious to get moving. I left boot camp crying because my body was so week. I was able to do 100 sit ups at the end of bootcamp! Less than 8 months later, I am 10lbs down and lifting more weight then ever. Best staff and best program. By far the best bootcamp around.
