Hands down the best gym in all of Portland! A good mix between yoga and Olympic lifting and everything in between. One of the few places in town that has *real* platforms. Amazing classes, amazing instructors.... more
Above-average Healthcare. Lovely people. In a lovely area. I have a membership through my school. I love being able to come here after school and exercise. It's never too packed , the equipment is all pretty good quality, and I love that they provide towels for sweat and showers.... more

Tried to like it. Simply too old of a gym.. Awesome gym, has a genuine family-run old school feel to it, but also has all the equipment you need, including deadlift platforms and a bar jack to load weights.... more

This place felt very dangerous to me- climbers scaling down & running into people on the ground. I've never encountered this at a climbing gym, ever. In most cases it was kids falling onto other kids but once, an adult swang right into a group of people and knocked one to the ground.... more
Loved this gym! I had to cancel my membership because I was moving out if state. Staff members are super friendly! There is a TON to do here. Many options for classes and beautiful racket ball courts.... more
It is a really nice gym. They should put in a hot tub.. For members turning 62: Remember to speak to management to have your monthly rate reduced to $25. As an oversight on my part, I continued paying the full rate for 6 months.... more
