This place was great. Im not a very flexible guy but the yoga instructor Hanuman worked with me closely and guided me through each step to make sure I could not only do the yoga poses but also not get hurt while doing them.... more

Definitely recommend this studio for prenatal yoga. I went throughout my whole pregnancy and credit it with how well I felt and how active I was able to be throughout. Not only did it help me feel great and get to know my body better before delivery, but the community aspect did wonders for my mental and emotional journey through pregnancy.... more
The teachers are great and the space is beautiful. I do wish there were more 5:30am/6am classes. I would say this is the one drawback.... The studio is beautiful, the atmosphere friendly and inclusive, the quality of instruction excellent.... more
