The teachers are great and the space is beautiful. I do wish there were more 5:30am/6am classes. I would say this is the one drawback...
The studio is beautiful, the atmosphere friendly and inclusive, the quality of instruction excellent. Great location too!
I take almost exclusively classes from Veronica Vogler. I feel she truly teaches yoga and provides space for a truly physically challenging experience. I only wish she taught more early classes so that I could start most every day with her classes. So, to the extent I recommend her classes, I am recommending the studio. If I were to use this platform to have other needs be known, I would say it is my dream to have a people's location in St. Johns again. The density of the neighborhood is rapidly increasing and I think could support the studio in a way it couldn't before.I digress. All of this is to say. Mississippi is my closest TPY studio, but it is not very close. Veronica is the only reason I am a TPY member. There should be more of her.Thank you.
I'm visiting Portland and was so stiff after the plane ride that I needed to stretch out. Unfortunately I have an injury at the moment that made me tentative about trying a new place with new teachers. I needntnhave worried. The teacher at this studio was probably one of the best-trained ones I've had. She listened to my concerns about my injury, tailored class to.avoid anything that would hurt me and offered suggestions for what I could try when I get home to alleviate my symptoms. She was compassionate and friendly. The studio itself was clean, attractive without being pretentious or overdone and everything worked from the restroom to the sign-in process. I can't recommend this studio highly enough.
Great yoga studio. Good class options and instructors. Fair pricing

Beautiful space for classes! Very knowledgeable and friendly instructors and affordable pricing.
Wonderful instructors. Great clesses
Great studio. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Their new member package is great.
I went to this location because it was the only yoga place rated @ 5 stars and it had 18 reviews at the time. I ended up having one of the best classes of my life and it was the All Level Hatha Flow with Rachel Stern as the instructor. She was a very descriptive instructor who made the visualization of movements very easy and was super supportive of the class and had a very positive and gentle attitude.
Note that there are no showers/locker rooms but there are two bathrooms available for changing as necessary.

attractive space, convenient location, great teachers
The teachers are great. The space is really nicely painted. I loved the room and the light that enters it through the huge windows. If I lived in Portland this would be my go to spot for daily yoga. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting it living there.
Yoga for everyone! Their humanitarian mission is a golden business model. The cheapest price in town for a high quality yoga experience will keep people like me from going anywhere else for a while.
