Such a lovely studio with the BEST instructors!!!
Great new space for spinning - the acoustics are just perfect (not too loud, not too soft) with a good balance between music and the instructor's encouraging voice. There's enough variety in the class to appeal to everyone - hills to test your strength, sprints for endurance, and of course dancing on the bike! The metrics are helpful to gauge your effort and challenge you to push yourself further. The bathroom spaces are clean with anything you would need. The new bikes are slick! The lounge area is welcoming and very stylish - you'd want to stay and hang out for a while. The cold towels at the end are a perfect touch.
