Such a community environment! I walked in, semi afraid of CrossFit, to be honest. But that didn't last long! So many people just walked right up to me and introduced themselves, offering to show me around.
Then the coaches made my work out work for me! Here I was in a group of 8 people, and the coach tailored each and everyone's exercises to their ability!
Needless to say, I am now a member at CrossFit Excellence! LOL Thank you Cody and Jen for making this a home for me!

I cannot tell you enough about the benefits of training with Cody and Jen. I've had more fun in their gym than I have in my entire lifting/training career.
I highly recommend to anyone I meet interested in getting into better shape or to train for a sport/hobby to meet with Cody to get his assessment.
I've never felt better, and I've never looked better.
