Dropped in here while visiting the area from out of town. Great little place with excellent coaching!. Pretty hard workouts not for everyone. I was sore for three days after a 1 hour CrossFit class.... more

It is a really nice gym. They should put in a hot tub.. For members turning 62: Remember to speak to management to have your monthly rate reduced to $25. As an oversight on my part, I continued paying the full rate for 6 months.... more
