Owner turns off ac when he leaves or not there It is constantly over 85 degrees in the gym each and everyday would not recommend this gym. Really great place to work out at they have the equipment you need to get a hot sexy body rather you be a man or women it doesn't matter you can achieve greatness there.... more

They have the updated equipment and offer personal trainers. Also have an indoor pool. Silver Sneakers classes are also offered.. Great facility to workout! Plenty of machines and friendly staff! Also works perfect for if you have kids.... more

I coach a basketball team and we rent one of their courts once a week. The gym is nice and not overly packed. It does take them a little bit of time to get the court set up, but that's just part of it when the court is used for multiple sports.... more

Good place to learn to swim. At 43 years old I couldn't swim a bit, so, I started to take some early morning water classes and it didn't take long before i was all over the pool. This gym is great for Women the toning tables and the equipment is clean as well as the shower area and locker rooms.... more
