The main thing that I like about AMA is that people are willing to help you out when you come in as an unfamiliar student. Most gyms who have a lot of people who have already formed their own relationships its hard for them to open up and want to help you because they are afraid you will compromise their work out.... more

I have spent years doing my own HIIT workouts, but not anymore! I found the perfect gym. Tons of different classes, ranging from 30 mins to an hour. You do NOT have to be a RUNNER! You have to try these treadmills, it is by far the best experience I've had walking and running.... more
