A+ has the best personal training I have ever seen. My wife and I signed up to loose weight before our wedding. We both lost over 30 lbs in around 5 months. They gave us a diet plan to follow that was easy to stick to, and the traning was very personalized and took into account any limitations we may have had.... more

We love our gym... we've been here for 2 years and my daughter went from rec to excel gold. I love that my daughter is listening to christian music while she trains and they pray at the end of each practice.... more
Nice Gym. This gym is small but very nice and clean with a decent amount of equipment. The weight lifting section is not huge, but it does have some free weights. There's a ton of cardio equipment.... more

This studio has exceptional front desk staff especially Cece! Coaches are motivating and very helpful at proper technique. Coach A and Coach K are my personal favorites. Very encouraging!
