I loved going with Roderick it was the highlight of my day. He can be strict but only because he wants the best results for you. I agree with everyone else he is very knowledgeable and truly cares, this is what kept me coming back. However, sadly I moved away from Oklahoma to Kansas (about 4 hrs) I had about 5 one hour sessions left, so you can imagine where my frustration comes in, it's a decent amount. I reached out to Roderick about a refund. I understand normally refunds are not given, but I thought it fair because I was unable to attend anymore, NOT unwilling to attend, but unable, due to distance. I even offered he attach a penalty so I wouldn't lose out on the sessions AND what I paid, and so he wouldn't lose out either. I suggested he refund only half, I thought this fair. For about 3 weeks now I have been texting him concerning this matter and he does not reach out to me. Believe me I have not been confrontational at all, I even have the texts to account for this. It's a shame that he would let this happen, lose a client and a friend (after our conversations, I thought we were this). My suggestion for potential clients is, pay as you go, you never know if you get moved around or something happens that you can no longer attend, even if you wanted to. Really changed the way I saw him and that is very sad.
