Love 10Gym! Great staff and the place is always clean. I never have to re-rack my weights because there's a dedicated staff member who puts everything away (jk I always re-rack my weights!).

UPDATE***
A lady from 10Gym social media contacted me today (2-3 days after writing the initial review) and waived the cancellation fee's I spoke about below and was able to fully close out my account. Looks like a happy ending to this nightmare. I moved my star rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Without all this canceling my subscription hassle it would have been a 5 star review.
BBB complaint closed out though I still am waiting on a new debit card to arrive from my bank.

BE WARNED... I was a member here for 13 months. Signup was a breeze and a auto-deduct once a month took care of payment. During that 13 months I think i only found 1 piece of equipment that wasn't working and the staff was pretty good. Now I am moving out of state (to where there is no 10gym) and had to cancel my membership. This is where the nightmare begins. I signed a 12 month contract and the staff at the gym confirms that contract is expired and now I am no longer on any contract. They told me they don't process any auto-deduction so I need to call this other company. No big deal, I call that other company and was told that I have no active contract but yet I have to pay for one more month (23.89) and also some kind of annual fee ($52) for a total of like $75. Wait, what? I'm not on any contract anymore why do I need to pay that? its policy was the answer. Wrong answer 10gym. I have now had to cancel my debit card to block any future auto deducts. Off to the Better Business Bureau now to file a complaint. When you go to cancel, don't say you weren't warned !

The trainers, Krystal & Leon are the bomb and my favorite people at that gym! They put their 100% attention on you on each training session and they also explain what each workout does for every muscle group. They are also the most friendliest people i have ever met!! I love the happy energy they have when doing their job, you can just tell they love what they do!

I joined 10gym in January and began going to Functional Fitness led by Amber Morris. I have tried for years to make changes in nutrition and daily fitness but without success. Amber has been an inspiration to me to want to become healthy. Her example and encouragement propels me forward to succeed. She places hope before me, but I have to take it. I can always feel free to ask for advice and she's always willing to help. It has been worth the commitment, knowing I have someone like Amber who takes an interest in your success.

10 Gym South OKC is great! In February of this year I was 221 pounds. Today I'm at 185. I take classes and work out with their great equipment. I think Amber's classes are fantastic. Amber is a wonderful instructor and also a great inspiration. I think Amber's functional fitness class is one of the best overall fitness class I have ever attended and I've been to a large number of fitness training classes. She makes working out fun. She is really an excellent, exceptional fitness trainer.

Excellent place to work out, free weights, machines, tanning, dry sauna an child care also have trainers if need them, only thing I don't like is the hours on the weekend they close at 8pm?! On a Saturday but open late on the weekdays, I'm only giving 5stars because of the things I mentioned but 1star for hours on weekends

So it's almost been a year that I have been going to this 10 gym and I have to say it's pretty good. They have good equipment, its rarely broken. The staff are pleasant and always welcoming. The night manager Dillion is cool guy and greets everybody when they come and sometimes provide that motivation. Recommend 10 gym to anybody who's looking for a gym.

I can't say enough about the classes and instructors! If you're looking to loose weight the pump class taught by Heather Cox on Tuesdays and Thursdays is where you need to be! She keeps it fun and changes things up so you don't get bored doing the same thing every time. She's going to push you and motivate you to meet your goals while making sure you know the correct form so you don't injure yourself. I'm proof that it works!

I Absolute Lovin the staff! Everyone is always friendly, always smiling and always willing to help out. I love they're Sat morning steps class and kick boxing classes. I would definitely recommend a friend or anybody who is looking for a new gym to come by and join the team at 104th and Western!

This location of 10 Gym is my favorite. The variety of equipment is great and all of the staff is friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate the overall cleanliness too. Eden does a fantastic job running the gym!

I signed up to this Gym in January. I can tell you that it's one of the cleanest and nicest gyms in the city. All staff members are friendly and very helpful. You can't beat the price and is so close to major freeways so it's fast to go even if you live north. The one I go to is on SW 104 and it's the best! Totally would recommend!!

Spacious. Has tanning, stairclimbers, treadmills, machines, aerobics, and locker rooms with showers. All the equipment I needed was there. The only downfall for me is that they do not have sweat rags for patrons, just paper towels and spray bottle for cleaning. Speaking of which, the gym was pretty clean

I'd like a good gym, but I have to tell you I spent two years in a gym, working 4 hours a day on weights on machines in a sauna swimming and I only lost 4 freaking pounds. That's when I learned that you have to control your diet along with exercise. You can't do it halfway. So if you want to go to this place, learn to control your food intake.

Decent place to workout, has a sauna and weightroom, and treadmills. Only thing is it doesnt have a pool.

The location and staff were awesome. Never had an issue. Shady business practices and contracts are what earned this company such a low rating. Again the facility and staff were awesome!

There's no place like home! Always liked this gym from day one, large variety of people with different goals. Makes it easy to find someone to workout with. They have what may be the most knowledgeable (and tough) trainers around. The expansion was worth the wait. I only have one complaint, that is the weekend schedule. I workout at night, without the 24 hours on the weekends it makes gym time hard to find. All around great facility.

An excellent place to workout, very quiet, people there are very respectful and the staff is always willing to assist you in any way they can. A great variety of workout machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, weightlifting stations and an awesome sauna.

I usually go very early and when i go it's always clean, and the staff is very helpful Nd friendly as well. Nights are ok. I avoid going at night because there is a lot of people but I think it's a good place for what I pay.

It's a pretty good gym. It's large and offers a lot of different equipment. The problem is, no matter how big it is, I find myself having to wait to go either really early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid peak traffic times. Seems like these cheaper monthly rate gyms will over fill there limit to get the income needed. I guess I can't complain for 10 a month. It's just not getting a 5 star.

Great starter gym. Staff is very kind and helpful, especially if you're new. Not a big fan of the "free training session" they offer. I feel it ended up a sales pitch and I did not purchase it. Plenty of equipment and very affordable. Kid Zone child care has the best caregivers! My daughter lives them and they are great with children. Also very affordable but the summer conflict of having extra kids can get very costly. They require you to sign a year contract in order to pay the monthly fee, otherwise it's a daily fee which adds up. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good gym, especially newbies!

Stays pretty steady. It seems. Regardless if it's 5a. Or 3p. But staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone is usually good about being respectful and considerate. And it's cheap!
