I just had a bad experience at this gym. The turn around of the staff is every few months. The atmosphere of the gym hasn't changed since it was All American. There has been updating but they really need to update the bathrooms, they are old and the toilets look like they been there since that building has been there. The handicap stall is always overflowing or out of order. The equipment is the same as it was in the all American. But that's why it's so cheap.

I used to hate going to the gym till I came to this 10 gym. It's the perfect gym for me. They have all the equipments I need to do any workout. The front desk employees are very nice and always greets you and says bye. Them being open 24 hours means I can come by and workout whenever and finish my workout at the sauna. I don't know why you'd go to any other gym other than this mecca of a place. I used to go to lifetime and while it was good, it was a bit too boujee for me. Nobody there looked like they were struggling enough and they were there just so they can tell people they go to the gym. It was a bad vibe. Everyone at 10 gym was lifting heavy for high reps and struggling on every set. That was the type of vibe I need in my gym!

Clean facilities, awesome staff. Always warmly greeted by Ashley. Any issues are addressed promptly. I go during the late morning hours and I rarely have to work around other individuals. A large variety of strength and cardio equipment is available.

This gym has changed my life. The second time I ever walked in here, I knew it was going to be my home gym from here on out. From the extremely knowledgable, friendly, punctual staff, to the large variety of cardio machines, strength machines. This gym truly has so much to offer. If you have been wanting to start working out, and aren't sure which gym to choose, I'd research 10gym. I was able to sign up with my first month free. I got the premium membership! It includes bringing a friend for free everytime, free training and classes, free personal training, tanning, the lockerrooms have a sauna. All in all, I love this place. Its like my home away from home, and I can't say enough amazing things about the company. Thanks 10gym. For existing.

Absolutely incredible gym to workout in. The staff there is super intentional with you and always have a positive attitude when you walk in and also when your leaving. So much so that they always have a jump rope ready every time as soon as I walk in which is freaking awesome! The facilities are also top notch with great equipment and a motivating environment of people. Highly recommended!

Great experience on first visit. Staff was very helpful to accommodate my needs and show me around the facility. Had a brand new weight room and plenty of cardio equipment. Multiple squat racks to choose from so no crowding and waiting anymore like I had to do at golds. Sign up now!

I was a member for over a year. The gym was ALWAYS super clean, and the staff was very friendly. I didn't feel uncomfortable or awkward while exercising there either. As a bigger guy I was always nervous to go to a gym. But I felt completely welcomed always. No stares, no awkward "advice" just a great environment. And if I needed help working a machine or just a general question they were always ready to support. Even their online services were beyond excellent.

Child care is very affordable. Hrs aren't all day, but it's easy enough to shift your workouts to fit the evening or morning childcare hours.
Gym cardio equipment needs repairs often. There are tons of free weights and machine weights. The new free weight and stretch rooms are really nice.
Has tanning and tons of fitness classes included with membership. Lifetime bring a friend is just an added touch.
Signs used to read 24/7, that was never true. Now they read open 24/5, also not true. They open early Monday morning and close before midnight on Friday. They're only opened for 24 hrs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Overall this gym gives you a lot for charging so little on a membership. It's not a top tier fancy gym, but you're not paying for that. The weights are heavy and plentiful, there's tons of space and workout options to mix up your workouts, and you'll get a ton for your buck.
Last, there are several if these gyms around Oklahoma, mainly the metro. I've been to a few and have been seen the same standard is upheld at all of them. I'd recommend.

Love to work out at this gym, it is a clean, well equipped, safe facility. The staff are professional but also welcoming. The atmosphere is a energetic but comfortable. With the new addition it is very spacious, the equipment is well kept. And the price is hard to beat! Couldn't ask for more!!

I don't usually comment on places but I have to say, I've been going here for about 2 months now and the staff is awesome! Kevin especially is outstanding because every single time I'm there he always has a smile and is cleaning the whole time. I love this gym and plan on going here awhile!

First off , 10 gym on NW expressway is such a great place to get in a quality workout. Starting from the front door, every employee is inviting and look the part of a fitness center. Your motivated to get your workout in because they bring that kind of atmosphere and energy. Secondly, the updated equipment is phenomenal, granted every gym can get better, but 10 gym is delivering. For a ridiculous membership price including the fact that you can bring a friend I find it being a fantastic deal. They are continuing to upgrade and continuing to bring more and more to the table. Very pleased to be here!!!!!

Other than that all of the workers are friendly and willing to help you with whatever. The gym is kept very clean and has a spacious weight area with varieties of equipment (new machines, 4 squat racks, a lot of free weights& benches, etc). Would recommend this gym to anyone looking, no matter what kind of fitness you like to do!

I live in Edmond and I drive all the way to expressway just to work out here the equipment and the size of the gym is perfect, not very crowded ever when I go either. The new add on is wonderful and I tell people everyday the place to work out is 10GYM expressway!!!!

This gym is very nice. The staff is very friendly and they are always accommodating to the members needs. It is constantly being cleaned by the staff and the management is awesome. I would highly recommend this gym!

I use to go to this gym for several years even before it was 10 gym and it was All American. Under the old manager Chris I never had a problem. Since the new weight room opened up and the staff has been replaced the atmosphere has changed and has shifted more towards a planet fitness attitude. I was dumb bell rowing and apparently not setting the weight down softly enough to the liking of a staff member. A week later my membership was terminated.
People usually also use to use chalk from time to time and most members cleaned up after themselves and there was no problem. That is no longer the case and you will be kicked out for using chalk. Another long term member has been kicked out recently for using chalk. I'm just wondering when they are going to start serving pizza now.

Great place to come and get your sweat on. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I switch over from Planet Fitness, best decision. Dillon is always friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Can't wait till the new weight room is finished.

My first time going into this 10 gym was awesome! Dillon Leck was very welcoming & made me & my guest feel comfortable. The establishment was clean & orderly, I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive team to help them accomplish their workout goals.

LOVE this gym. Very reasonably priced with lots of amenities. There's tons of equipment and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. My only issues were that quite a few people were just sitting at the machines texting instead of actually using them and the gym isn't open 24/7. But they've got childcare, tanning, saunas and a lot of other stuff that definitely makes it worth the money!

Great gym! Friendly service and really clean gym. I would have given them 5 stars, but there are some machines that work but don't fully work. For example some of the bike's computers dont really work, cant read heart rates, or keep track of your progress.

This location of 10 Gym is by far the best location out there. We gave up our Golds Gym membership because this Gym continued to blow them out of the water! Always clean and equipment in perfect condition. Friendly and helpful staff. You can tell the management here really cares about each guest.
Always an experience. Makes getting fit a ton of fun!

Don't go on Saturdays mornings if you have anything else you need to do. They say they open at 6. I packed a bag drove all the way up here to find no one here, all the doors locked with a bunch of people standing out front. I have waited for over 30 minutes. I have to work today so I guess it's back to the house then to work. I can't wait any longer. This is stupid.

My husband and I go here during the day we have a three month old and they have a child care Center where you can drop off your kids while you work out. They come find you if they need you so far it's been an awesome experience being able to get back in shape as well as have my son close.

The Lighthouse training staff is AWESOME! Kennan works so hard to help you accomplish your goals! Timothy is pretty cool too, always willing to answer any questions you have. The gym has lots of equipment and the Zumba classes are SO FUN! Definitely worth the $20/month!
