I was a member for less than a month at the Del City Location before the permanently shut their doors. Been trying to cancel my membership for 3 wks now. They insinuated at one point that driving from near Choctaw to the Moore or 23rd and Penn was reasonable. For the days and times I have available due to having 2 kids with after school stuff and work and traffic, the Del City location was was a great option, but the other locations are rediculous. I liked the location but this was not me leaving, my gym left me.
I am only giving this 5 stars because of the facility. Please see below of my woes of dealing with... GOLD'S GYM CORPORATION

Gold's Gym corporate. Allow me to explain.
I was charged a fee of $20 out of nowhere a few months after I signed up in 2018, so it isn't the facilities fault. I called corporate and no one could really tell me why I was charged an extra $20... WHAT.
I also called to put my account on hold. Found out it would cost $15/month and you could only leave it on hold for 3 months. When I asked them to do it and went to check my bank account a couple of months later, corporate didn't put my account on hold, so I still had to pay full amount.. THE.
I also just found out that I could've cancelled my account months ago online. When I called corporate, they told me I had to come inside to knock that out. I went inside, was handed a piece of paper, and said I could do it online... HELL.
Gold's Gym on 23rd, y'all need raises.

Almost left as soon as I walked in. How can they even charge for a Golds membership here? No lat pulldown, seated cable row, no incline / decline press, among many other things missing here. Will not be coming back.
Cool little spot for a quick workout... One of the cleanest gyms I've been to! They're missing a few things that I'm used to using like a lat pull down and incline bench due to size constraints, but if you've been clangin and bangin long enough you can make it work.

Great staff, always a pleasure to work with. I go to Gold's with my power lifter boi. We love it. All we need. If we want some more special equipment we just go to another Gold's usually 15 minutes or less away and use pools or racket ball rooms. Gold's is literally the best gym you could ever ask for. They have cool gimmicks and child care too. I am a big fan. Also, not too many CrossFit wierdos

Way to many members,Bathrooms always disgusting,More than any other gym with less stuff.Not. 24hours at any of them.And employees dnt do rack the weights that the retarded members leave out.10gym way better....

This is a pretty cool little gym. Nothing really special about it, very clean, nice up kept equipment
Cardio equipment doesn't work properly. Never seen anyone cleaning anything other than the locker room. Very limited workout equipment. I've done my best to remain a customer here because of the location but I'm about to suck it up and drive a little farther. This place is terrible.

It has a comfortable environment, even for those of us who are seniors .
Be aware that you sign up for a minimum 3 month contract. Get their audio coach app and they make you sign an additional 3 month contract. Contracts everywhere.
I wish they had more free weights, however they have enough to get the job done. The other facilities are well kept.
Generally a good experience but this location is slowly letting things degrade. Many treadmills either have locked up screens, are wobbly, squeaky or some of their touch sensitive controls don't work. Some equipment like exercise mats, cable system attachments, weight clips, etc are extremely worn or broken. The location also claims to be a "full" gold's gym location when just a year ago it had been operating for 5+ years as an "express" location. The express designation signified that it was less full featured than other gold's locations (which it is) and came at a lower monthly cost. I was very pleased with this location, even when they raised rates a year ago but letting equipment degrade is changing my opinion.
They have a place for children so you can work out.They also have a little moving theater so you can watch and still work out.They have separate locker rooms with showers.Lastly,they have classes for Zumba, yoga,and body building.
The people working are very knowledge and helpful when researching amenities and pricing
Came to OKC on business. The staff was amazing. I don't have a Gold's membership so they hooked me up with a 30 day retail pass (buy stuff, get to use the gym, win/win). Can't stress how friendly and courteous the staff was. Only criticism is they could use more weight training equipment and less treadmills. The place is like, 40% treadmills. Will definitely return if I'm in OKC again.
Good place to workout. The prices are a little high considering you can't even bring a guest.
I prefer this gym over any other gym in the metro area. In fact I like this Gold's gym customer service better than others. People are generally really nice and helpful. The one in Moore has more lighting, but I've grown a liking to this one.
If you're the type of person that's serious about working out, then pick this one. In fact it'll probably be more encouraging to you to see so many people serious about their Health Fitness.
