Small gym about three locations around Albuquerque. Staff is on site Monday through Friday between normal working hours and that's the only way to signup and cancel your membership and I don't like that.... more

Good gym if you have access; plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Can get crowded at peak hours remember that you need to sign up for after hours access.Large facility, a bit dated but scores points for the variety and amount of equipment.... more

Super cool people here. Very impressed with the knowledge of each of the trainers. Very focused on correct technique for every lift. So welcoming, it can be intimidating to go to a new gym and the gym nuts get scary, it makes you want to just sleep in instead of working out.... more

My experience at this studio has been positive. I found out about it through their Living Social deal and I've enjoyed the classes so much that I keep coming back. The instructors here are great, and in particular Melissa and Courtney keep me coming back to their Body Pump and PiYo classes.... more
