First time at this location. The staff was really nice. The gym was really clean, and not that busy.
First, it is my fault for not checking what time this facility opens because I assumed they were all 24 hours. The equipment in this location is well used but still very functional. The reason for the 2 stars - the place has not been cleaned in quite some time. It is obvious from looking at all the equipment that no pride is taken by the staff. There was garbage all over the restrooms and the sinks and showers hadn't been cleaned in some time. This was right when it opened and the staff arrived 30 minutes prior to opening so it should have been cleaned at least a little. Glad I am just passing through and do not need to use this location again.
Some of the friendliest staff I've met! The only reason for me not giving 5 stars is due to some machines they do not have and there is no hot tub which I get, it's plant fitness. Enough machines to get the job done though, and never super crowded.
I usually go in the morning before work and the employee that works that early is always crazy nice and friendly!
I love it! Please understand that i have never exercise before, this is my third week and it is still hard for me to go not because of the place but because of myself. The staff is nice and always willing to help and answer questions. This is a new world for me and for a newbie, this place is wonderful, not overwhelming and the atmosphere is very easy, it is not scary at all to go by yourself.
Great place to work out all different parts of your body with specialized machines!

I guess it is all about customer service and this guy does not have it. He would not give me his info so he gave his managers. Not his name so I could give it to the manager with my conserns. The worst Planet Fitness I have ever been in. As far as customer service goes.

I hate going to any gym. It feels like being in the bathroom with 200 people. Eye contact costs $10! Yet the staff are Friendly and the facility is clean.
Best location in town. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My favorite planet fitness in Albuquerque. Mainly because it's close to my house, but also because the staff is generally friendly, and the Smith machine isn't angled. It's a gym.

Its clean open with nice music and very clean!!! I need to go there everyday to complete my crazy days!!
