Good gym if you have access; plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Can get crowded at peak hours remember that you need to sign up for after hours access.Large facility, a bit dated but scores points for the variety and amount of equipment.... more
My son's b-day party was a lot of fun and Melanie was a great host/coach. We are going to sign our son up for the free month membership that comes with the bday party..A fun way to work out! I'm finally getting stronger and reaching new levels of fitness.... more
Initially, I enjoyed this gym. I liked all the amenities it offers and well supplied locker rooms. I had no problem paying my membership fee every month as I agreed to do and did so without any issues for couple years.... more

Good gym. Nice staff. Just upgraded to Black card. The lady who cuts hair is very good and you cant go wrong with message chairs and hydro messages after a workout..Everything is cool, its a good gym.... more
