I have been following the Facebook yoga that the studio is providing and really like it. They are very careful to give instruction so anyone can follow along. I'm also taking a zoom course and love the way Christine is able to tailor the session to what we need that day and how carefully she watches us to be sure we are safely getting into the poses.... more
