It was the best yoga class I have ever taken! I went to the 90 minute restorative class with Michelle. She has a unique ability to gently assist students at all levels. The class enabled me to get through a difficult day of grief and loss. The studio has calmness and tranquility about. The other students were warm and welcoming.
