Outstanding studio. Erin is an excellent teacher. She is very warm and has great cues. If I lived in ABQ, I'd be at the studio every day.

indi has been my home since 2016 and I couldn't be happier. The teachers are the most understanding people I have ever met. I love the safe and warm environment that they have created as I have never once felt insecure or self-conscious while practicing.
Indi Yoga is all heart. They offer so much more beyond the asana practice. The space is inviting, the teachers are knowledgeable, kind and make you feel welcome and comfortable. There are so many classes to choose from. This is by far the best studio in Albuquerque.
By far the best studio with some of the best teachers! Kind, compassionate, and well educated. Their new studio on the Westside is particularly sweet to me. I highly recommended it!

You get out of it what you put into it. Grassroots fits my style, and I am most comfortable practicing here. Thank you for being so accommodating and patient, and always inspiring me to grow and get better, little by little, but surely closer to where I would like to be.

Good teachers with solid anatomical knowledge but beware taking on their teaching interns. I trained one of their ryt students for 6 weeks and she didn't follow through on her agreements to help me get my teacher to town. Flakey and bad screening protocols as partners
I have been taking classes from the Grassroots instructors since they moved from their location at the Source and I love love LOVE them! There's something really special about finding a yoga home, someplace you can grow your practice and feel super comfortable no matter how advanced or novice that practice may be (if you haven't felt like a beginner in a while, try the Acro classes and enjoy that feeling too). The variety of classes and teaching styles is just icing on the cake. I've never taken a class there that I didn't thoroughly enjoy, so try out many!

If I was going to make a yoga studio it would be just like this! ;-) Vinyasa flow, hotha, yin, Acrobatic Yoga, and much more. 5 dollar power hours are rad.
From start to finish the experience was welcoming. The facility was clean, tons of mats and props if one needs them and they have multiple classes offered throughput the day. I appreciated that the teacher focused on doing poses correctly but at your own pace and level, she also walked the room to assist with positioning. I am excited to go back.
***update*** I have enjoyed myself so much that I joined. The veggies class is excellent, super step by step and Jackie is an amazing teacher. Totally worth the money and I highly recommend to anyone.
