The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. It was a nice, relaxing and clean place. Melanie Lee was an amazing instructor. It felt like a very nice, personable staff and environment. I loved it! I also got goodies for joining.
Beautiful facility. It has barres in the studios, and one of the nicest floors in the area, warm or room temperature. They offer great beginner level classes on up and plenty of support for each student.
The class was fun and easy to follow. It's a nice, clean studio and the instructor was great. The tour of the facility was really helpful too!
I was hesitant about yoga but I truly enjoyed it. The instructors are amazing and willing to help out if you are having difficulty. The room is very peaceful and serene.

Great place to practice yoga. Knowledgeable staff, affordable payment options & a huge class schedule to choose from ranging from early mornings to fun, Neon Glow Friday nights. Highly recommend
Was in town for only a short time but needed to get my yoga fix and so happy I stumbled upon elevation yoga! I really enjoyed the hot yoga - great instructors, friendly staff, and awesome facilities! Highly recommend! They also had a great deal for 2 weeks for $20 so even though I only made two classes, it was well worth it!

What an amazing space.
Every instructor that I've had the pleasure of attending a class with has been extremely amazing in their own unique way.
I highly recommend this place for anyone who is just starting yoga or is a seasoned vet of yoga.
Small class sizes, clean hot room and ideal temperature. Love the vibe! Great flow! Only wish they offered a punch pass with either less classes or a longer expiration bc I can't make it every week with my work schedule...

I am absolutely obsessed with Elevation Yoga and Wellness Center!! If anyone reading this is on the fence as to which hot yoga/yoga studio to go in Albuquerque-- HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST SPOT!!
I'm totally a beginner when it comes to yoga and after one hot yoga class... I'm addicted.
My trainer has highly recommended yoga but I was never confident enough to try it..but I finally decided to give it a go and I'm so happy I did! The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. I had so much anxiety over the fact that it was "hot" yoga, wondering if I'd be able to handle the heat. My first class was amazing, I had so much energy afterward and just felt at peace. I'm definitely in love with this studio and hope to try all of their classes in the future!
Truly the best part of my day is coming here and seeing all the smiling faces of the instructors & the happy students, too!! I am SO, SO grateful to have discovered this place!! Thank you Elevation for helping me find my zen :)!

Always a blissful experience. All instructors are great, but Rachel is just awesome. Kicks my booty every time. The studio itself is clean, welcoming and parking is never an issue- which is always a plus.
I enjoyed my class Very much. The teachers were very professional and led a great class. I got a lot of physical benefit from my session. It was great.
Elevation yoga was my first yoga class in Albuquerque. It was a very nice and large studio. The hot class was amazing. Both the staff and the instructor were very nice and super helpful. Will be returning!
I have attended yoga classes at Elevation Yoga and Wellness Center off and on for three years now. I leave, try other studios and always end up going back! The studio is beautiful and peaceful, the facilities are clean and the owner is constantly making upgrades to make the experience even better. I have enjoyed many of the different instructors, they all have a unique style and are caring and knowledgeable. I always leave Elevation feeling like I have just done what is best for my body and soul.
When I was looking for a place for yoga after Cloud 9 closed, Elevation added some 5:30 am classes and let me use my Cloud pass for a month. I liked it so much, I have stayed for over two years. They have added more early classes in addition to expanding with another "cold" room with Barre, Yin and meditation. They have a variety of teachers who always keep the classes interesting, whether challenging or rejuvenating!
I love the large hot yoga room and the variety of instructors who teach here. The owners are genuine, beautiful people who truly bring healing and love to the community. I highly recommend this studio!
Clean studio. Lovely instructors. Convenient class times. The only qualm I have, is it's pricey. However, they have occasional excellent deals. So definitely keep an eye out for those.
The hot yoga class with Lydia Williams was amazing! Great facility and polite staff. A little confusing on the location because the studio is shared with a lash company. Will definitely attend another class in the near future.
It has been a great experience being able to practice at elevation yoga and wellness! They offer multiple services besides yoga! The heaters are amazing in the hot room and the bootybarre classes are so fun!
State of art heating, humidity level is ideal and always clean. Peaceful and healing environment. Teachers are all staff under local teacher training and Nationally certified. Number 1 and hidden gem!
They seemed nice and made some nice offers, though I did have problems while trying to sign up for their classes. I'll try again another day, possibly.
