Good gym. Nice staff. Just upgraded to Black card. The lady who cuts hair is very good and you cant go wrong with message chairs and hydro messages after a workout.

Everything is cool, its a good gym...until something goes wrong and you have to talk to Tawni, the manager and then you're screwed. The gyms are independent franchises and can do and act however they want, I guess. There are gyms in town the same price, some commitment, only with hot tubs n pools... and better management. Don't give these people your bank info.

I love my gym! And I love that I can use any location that fits into my schedule that day. Highly recommend.

Just joined but staff very nice and informative of what PF has to offer. Very comfortable atmosphere ie..."No Judgement Zone" Come join the fitness revolution!!

The 24 hour service is awesome. There are plenty of workout machines and the staff is always attentive when you come in and when you leave.

Most disgusting showers of any planet fitness I've ever had the misfortune of using. I'm gonna go shower again, somewhere else. Floor of the shower coated with a black grime, tile grout and soap dispenser were growing some sort of bacteria colony, which looked quite healthy, (the bacteria not the shower) and the paint was peeling off of the walls.... at least my immune system was strengthened a bit.

Best deal in town w the black card!! Love the free trainer too, I'm actually getting toned and losing weight! Whoop whoop. And the free haircuts are the cherry on top! Very personable staff as well. Love this gym

Pretty cool... But why advertise 24/5 when its really only 24/4?? Other then that its i love going. Equipment is in good condition. And staff is always friendly.

Best planet fitness I've been to. Great customer service, great set up, and love the pizza on Monday Nights on the first Monday of the month.

It is a nice size gym if you are looking to get a decent workout. It can get a little crowded at times, but that's with every gym. There is no sauna or pool. However they do offer massage chassis and tables. You can also sign up for class. I'm not exactly sure of the rates for the classes. They also have a cool quick workout section where you can get a full body workout in about 30 minutes. For the price you can't beat it.

There services are pretty great especially if you are a black card member. They have a lot of equipment to work out on which means never having to wait to use anything. They are also 24/5. They open 24 hours Mon-Fri. The thing keeping them from a 5 is their billing company. Even if you discontinue your membership sometimes they continue to bill you. Not the only person it's happened to.

No-one bothers me. I do my 1hour jog, do some strength training and leave. The staff is very courteous and the equipment works great. I joined Planet Fitness because jogging in the winter is unpleasant. I will stay after the winter. There is no sales pressure. The pizza and bagel nights are counter productive but I choose not to partake

It's a standard gym. The changing room is clean and well lite. The shower area is cold but clean. They have the standard array of equipment. Nothing really stands out but at the same time nothing is missing. If you are a black card member, they have hydro massage beds which are nice. I do like the full body treatment booth. Supposedly the light promotes healthy skin. But I like it just as a meditation booth. Being surrounded by light, with wind blowing across my skin is super centering.

They moved some things around to create a more open stretching area which was nice but there is definitely an upgrade needed in the area of equipment. The club was relatively clean but to see the club manager and 2 staff members just leaning on the desk, it could have been much cleaner especially right before peak. The last point that I find to be the most important when spending your money is customer service. This is by far the worst planet fitness I have worked out at as far as basic customer consideration. The club manager walked right by me 3 times and didn't even look up or speak. It makes working out here awkward when the staff are the most non social people in the gym. Can't believe someone is paying these people to just stand around like they do. Seems like it's mostly the GM who allows it since he was taking part. I'll be looking for a new place to work out. Planet fitness in Albuquerque anyway, does not pride itself on good customer service at all.

I Been To Planet Fitness Like 2 Years Ago And I Love It. The Staffs Who Works At Planet Fitness Are Awesome. Will Go Back Again Next Month To Register. And To Do Exercise.

I go in the Planet Fitness on Menaul and Carlisle for quite a few years no there's times when I go all the time and sometimes I stop doing it but every time I've gotten their management has been awesome the workers are awesome just a great place to work out it is a no judgement zone it's like going back home and working out with all your friends and everybody is so kind and so considerate Management's got that place working wonderfully the trainers are great the workers are great you can't beat this place love these guys they make you want to come back and work out great place to go

Excellent place to workout. But you will almost never get that free black card haircut because their barbers kept quitting and it takes them forever to find a replacement. I guess this is how they reduce cost?

Really awesome place. But sometimes people don't wipe the machine after use. The employees are always polite and extremely lazy. They need to scrub the elliptical machine more after.
