Couldnt pay membership with 100 bill so i had to leave to get change because theyre not efficient at running a business ill prolly go somewhere else next month tbh

No crowds. Plenty of equipment and stations. No judgement zone and friendly staff. Really knowledgeable personal trainers

Just started going here because I can't get a full workout at defined with so many people camping on machines and in squat racks doing Instagram sessions. Powerflex is small, clean, and generally uncrowded. Even when there are a number of people there they have been courteous. All the weights and machines you need. No frills.
