Good gym if you have access; plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Can get crowded at peak hours remember that you need to sign up for after hours access. Large facility, a bit dated but scores points for the variety and amount of equipment.... more
Super cool people here. Very impressed with the knowledge of each of the trainers. Very focused on correct technique for every lift. So welcoming, it can be intimidating to go to a new gym and the gym nuts get scary, it makes you want to just sleep in instead of working out.... more

People criticize and complain about the lunk alarm and other PF policies but each business has the right to expect their customers respect their policies and when we become part or member of a business we are supposed to understand those policies before signing any contract.... more
Good gym. Nice staff. Just upgraded to Black card. The lady who cuts hair is very good and you cant go wrong with message chairs and hydro messages after a workout.. Everything is cool, its a good gym.... more
Very clean. Many businesses with a younger staff tend to have a lack of great service. This staff is generally young , but they break the mold. They are kind and always cleaning the equipment and making sure paper towels are filled, etc.... more
Please do not sign your child up for summer camp here AT ALL unless you want to see your child more SUNBURNT than you have ever experienced ) and no matter what age- your child better know proper ways to put on sunscreen because they will NOT help them put it on.... more

Initially, I enjoyed this gym. I liked all the amenities it offers and well supplied locker rooms. I had no problem paying my membership fee every month as I agreed to do and did so without any issues for couple years.... more
BEWARE: This store is a scam. The sales people took my 85 year old grandmother to their BACK ROOM after pushing $300 worth of product on her and told her they wanted to buy her a plane ticket to go to New York with them as a model if she bought $2,000 more product.... more
