Good gym if you have access; plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Can get crowded at peak hours remember that you need to sign up for after hours access. Large facility, a bit dated but scores points for the variety and amount of equipment.... more
Best gym ever!. Well priced & clean with showers but not the friendliest bunch, workouts are a bit chaeotic, and follow through is seriously lacking. Mobility manager Tait Yoder is SOLID!... more

Niki Feldman is a true professional! She concentrates on relaxing your body and not charging you to yak and yak. However when not massaging, she is a very warm and caring to talk too.... more

I was visiting Albuquerque for one week and came here to still get some hot yoga in while away from home. The staff was SUPER friendly! I called head of time and they walked me through what classes would be best to take and what to expect as a newbie.... more
The staff is always friendly and helpful and there is always plenty of equipment to go around. I'm never waiting. I also love the variety of equipment, including the pool area and racquetball courts and classes.... more
