The Central West End location has a nice location and facility and an upbeat and positive staff. The workouts are challenging and fast paced. The downside is that parking is an additional cost and not validated.... more

Beening a African American man my experience by staff when I sign up. They were friendly but never gave me a tour of the gym. Or imform me about the 7 free day trial. Was rude when I decided to sign up the staff are unfriendly to people of color.... more

Naarah is a great trainer and is super fun and nice. Her old business partner... not so much.. Exceptional gym, ignore the old comment that was just for the old partner owner the new owner is by herself and the gym is so much better.... more
