In town for a long weekend! First time doing BUTI! Amy was amazing instructor. Great energy...would highly recommend!

This was my first Yoga class in STL, so I was timid upon entry. However, right when I walked up that back staircase to get to the studio, I could already feel the great vibes. I had Maury (spelling?) as an instructor, and I've never been more encouraged in my practice. Can't wait to go back and try Buti!
What a treat! Stopped in during a long weekend visit to the area. Maury's class was just what I needed for Sunday am. He is a great instructor that offered tons of options for participants. Class was welcoming and very relaxed. Hope to be able to go again someday.
