I loved my experience here! The studio is beautiful and clean. We had a private corporate yoga class led by Lindsey who was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I especially appreciate how hard she worked and how patient she was when I was scheduling this because I had to change the times up on her a lot. Also very beginner friendly! I definitely recommend coming here.

I split my pants in the one pose but no one noticed. The instructors here are great.
This studio is great if you're a beginner or intermediate, but really it's for any yoga enthusiast. I especially enjoy the $5 vinyasa flow on Fridays. Andrew is an excellent instructor: he gives great tips during class and leads you patiently through the practice.
Great first experience. I'm looking for a new studio and this one has just the vibe and offerings I'm looking for. Sadly the closest location to Clayton is Dogtown, which has only a select number of classes.
