I really love the location and all of the staff is always friendly. They have a lot of equipment to choose from and it is a very neat place. Superb!!
Lived in many different cities with many different gyms (Miami, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Philly, Portland and now STL). Fit City has by far the highest quality equipment of I have ever seen in a gym. The Atlantis machines are on point. This gym is ideal for anyone on the powerlifting/bodybuilding spectrum. Good environment, amazing equipment, great gym. 5/5
By far the most extensively equipped gym in St. Louis! The Atlantis equipment is best in class. The Cave caters to the strength athletes too. Cardio machines galore. What isn't there to love! There is something for everyone here!
This is a REAL gym. None of the fluff, but all if the equipment and motivation to reach your goals and have an excellent workout

Excellent gym from the space to the equipment! I have just one simple concern that's an easy fix. For future references please get rid of the COUPLE of towels everyone uses to clean equipment after use. The towel is consistantly wet and saturated with germs constantly collecting more, feels gross to the touch. Please install paper towel dispensers at the present cleaning locations with a trash can so the members can clean after use.....

This place has all your fitness needs from machines, platforms, free weights, and other functional fitness pieces of equipment. Also welcoming to all fitness levels.
Awesome Gym! This place has everything! And something for every type of lifter. Turf, cardio, machines, free weights, deadlift stations, and a lot of cool peices any bodybuilder will love! They have guest passes. Check this place out!
Just Switched Gyms, and this gym seems like a great Switch. They have MANY different workout items,(some of which I didn't know existed). The manager was very helpful in answering all of the questions I had. They have a kid play room. They also have items you can buy in the building, Protein Bars, Shakes, FiTCity Gear, etc. Looking forward to improving my body here. They have decent locker rooms. They also have personal trainers, You get two free sessions when you start your membership, after that you'll have to pay. I'm overall satisfied with this gym.

Hands down my favorite gym ever, I wish calgary had one. They have everything you could think of and need in a gym. The staff is Great! Top recommended gym in STL for sure!
Always clean when I'm there and lots of aerobic machines. Staff is quite nice

Being here a week or 2, I've realized this gym is not as the workers portray it to be. Positive reviews of this gym have to be people who just do cardio or go in the afternoon. The equipment may be newer but some of it is pretty worn already. And if you work normal hours such as 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, even 10-6, do NOT signup thinking you're going to be able to keep a workout routine. You won't. It's just too busy. I usually arrive at 4:30-5 & I have to wait 20mins to use some stuff....if I even get to use it at all. I've never been able to complete a workout bc something is always in use. Then you have people who put there stuff on equipment to hold it while they use something entirely different. I discovered that yesterday. 5am, it's busy. 4:30p-7p it's super busy. Unless you can get free in the afternoon, pass on this. Oh and it's full of Meatheads and of course they hog most of the equipment. Also, they make alot of loud yelling and grunting, it's obnoxious. The men's locker room is small and pretty gross. The sauna is tiny as hell. Honestly the Club Fitness in Chesterfield is 1000 times nicer than this. I wish I'd not signed up but I didn't know...$45/mo is not worth it at all to have to deal with this + an additional $50 every April. My GF is about to cancel & pay the $50 fee just bc it's that bad here...and she literally just signed up like I did. I'm about to follow in her footsteps soon once I find a replacement gym. I won't make this mistake again. Fity City can kick rocks with no socks.

Plenty of free weights (I don't free weight like I used to since I don't have a spotter) but they do have a great space for that, and if you prefer machines those are available as well, a power lifting room is available, ballistic training space, a wide array of cardio equipment, I happen to love rowers and I'm happy to say they have several! There are amenities such as a children's area, decent locker rooms, they fortunately keep it a comfortable temperature for working out (I hate it when gyms are too hot but that may be just a personal preference) but if you like it hot they have a sauna. The facility is cleaned and well maintained you can come in get done what you came to do and roll that's the best part!

Great facility to do bodybuilding, fitness, hiit, cardio, power lifting and even strongman training. I'm going to start spending more time there a week to achieve my goals. It's also cost efficient.
This is the best gym in the city of St. Louis. Top of the line equipment with an amazing staff.

Lots of very very fitness oriented people here, not a lot of just casual gym goers. This could be intimidating for some, and a huge benefit for others. Their advertising is misleading though, the sauna is a one person kind you'd buy for a home crammed in a tiny dirty locker room. They have two tanning beds just kind of thrown next to the door in a box partition, and the smoothie bar is a little stand near the door as well. Other than those things, it's big and has a ton of equipment, some of which I have never seen in a few years of working out. Pretty cool layout. Overall not worth the $30 a month though.

Amazing gym, especially for those inclined towards power lifting! There's an area in the back called "The Cave" which has 8 squat racks and four deadlift platforms. Absolutely awesome facility!
I love everything about this place. But their music sucks, everyone is wearing headphones trying to drown it out.
Love this gym. So much equipment, friendly staff, clean, very spacious. The members are very friendly as well. All around great place to workout.
