As someone who'd never done crossfit before and didn't have much experience with weightlifting, everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The owner and coaches are great and will work with you on your individual weaknesses. The work outs can be tailored to your level, but still pushing you to be your best. It's a great community!

This is the best place for CrossFit in St. Louis and I LOVE the facility! It's open and raw! Excellent location near Central West End, in the old Gaslight District. The owner Tom is very motivational and will coach you along your journey! I highly recommend!
Was a drop in. Excellent box with plenty of room and nice equipment. Good community feel with very helpful coaching. Shout out to Tom and TC on a nice location, and great coaching. If your looking to join a box in St Louis or a drop in, this is the place.
Love this place!!! Great coaches with lots of knowledge and experience, ALWAYS willing to help. I'm pretty new to crossfit, but I'm already seeing so much progress thanks to awesome members and coaches! The super flexible hours and easy parking leave me with no excuses but to show up and do the work :)
