I saw that someone that wrote a 1 star review because the instructions were too fast? There are different classes you can take, I prefer yoga hour it's a hard yoga styled work out. Aligned flow is a slower pace ,still challenging but allows you to practice each pose properly.... more
Great local gym!.I've been working out here for over a year. Its not everyone cup of tea. It's not a planet fitness with polished machines and weights that no one has lifted yet. This is a gym for people who are serious about their fitness and enjoy a more primal approach.... more
They didn't harass me, so they already winning. The clothes were nice..Not for adult women .. only small size 12's Too expensive also. Why pay for a label. Go to Kohl's.Best store ever! The workers were super helpful, and I'm obsessed with all their clothes.... more
