Exceptional gym, ignore the old comment that was just for the old partner owner the new owner is by herself and the gym is so much better. And if the bad comments are new, thats just trolls dont listen to them go try it out for yourself before you trust their judgement

Naarah is the first trainer I've ever worked with, and she is amazing and supportive. She also knows how to work with people who've been injured, have health ailments, or aren't very confident in their athletic ability.
