Unfortunately, this facility has left a bad taste in my mouth. The management was extremely unwelcoming. Not a positive atmosphere.. Truly a great place for kids to build self-confidence the instructors are nice patient.... more
It's rare for me to post a negative review, but given the number of visitors who use this place, people need to aware of what they're getting for their time and money. As other reviews have noted, the equipment is mainly quite old Cybex machines: they seem reasonably well maintained, but for the price, Downtown Fitness could do better.... more
Not happy with this gym at all. It's very small and no space. The machines are so close together the person working out next to you may share there sweat with you. I was at french riviera and they sold to gym matrix.... more
UFC is an awesome place to come get a full body work out no matter what class you take!! Definitely a great change of pace!. If you want great instructor then u should go here ,but they will hide a lot of information from you ,so they can convince you to sign the contract.... more
The gym has high quality equipment and is super clean but a little limited in space. A bit crowded when there is only a dozen people or so using the strength training equipment. But if you go when it's not peak hours, a 5 star gym.... more
Still there?. Visited the Gentilly location before they relocated to Mid City. Enjoyed the experience, music was upbeat and the instructor kept the class pumped. Love it. Purchased another set of class to use soon.... more
Most unethical company. I called to tell them I'm pregnant and can no longer attend the gym for the rest of my pregnancy and they were sorry they had to keep charging me every month instead of freezing the account until my pregnancy was over and I could come back to the gym.... more
Don't waste your money!! They'll force you in a contract and not deliver! It's a scam and they're a terrible company offer suboptimal services and equipment!! There are way better gyms out there, so please don't get trapped giving your money to this gym!.... more
it was a good stay but ther is hidon fees and the bathroom was way to small for a tall ppl the staff was frandley but it is not for chep ppl the soda mashen was $3 the snak bar was a lot and not even a free brufest i pay for 1 room $212 that was for the room and parking ... more
Outdated equipment, poor management.... I've been involved in boxing since 1996. Almost every aspect . I own a boxing gym, but was in New Orleans for work and trained here. The owner Mike is legitimate in the sport dating back well over 20 years and if you talk to him and start dropping names, you'll see he's easy to verify.... more
