We came in with a bigger group the day of and they were incredibly accommodating to not only get all of us signed up under their personal cycle bar location but get us into a busy class. They were extremely flexible and the service was incredible. And to make it even better, the class was awesome, challenging and super fun. Thank you CycleBar NOLA for getting our family vacation off to a great start.
Great classes and even better customer service. I accidentally registered for the incorrect membership and the women at the front desk kindly and quickly not only registered me for the correct service, but refunded me for my mistake. Would recommend to family and friends!!
Awful experience. Instructor kept the music much higher then her microphone. Unable to hear any of her instructions. Had to just ride and change tension on my own.
Very disappointing. Mentioned it to her after the class she said she knew but apparently did not care that it was a problem. No one at the counter seemed concerned either.
We were visiting from out of town and saw a promotion online for an introductory class. My entire family was excited to go and when we arrived they decided to not honor the promotion, due to a "mistake" on the website. Most of my family left, but a few of us paid for the class.
Of the two staff, one was helpful and the other couldn't be bothered and spoke to us with condescension and sarcasm. We set up our bikes and started the class. Immediately we noticed our bikes were not registered. We asked three times to get it fixed and were assured it would be. When the class began, despite all the issues we had, they failed to register one of the bikes.
The class was average and not to the level I expect.
When we left and asked for our money back, it was given with a shrill, "Merry Christmas ". The sincerity failing.
There are 8 of us and we would all have come back, spending money. Poor business practices and customer relations.
A lot of my friends do SPIN classes for the past couple years, and I always laughed at them saying it was silly to do so, however, I did my first cycle class this past Saturday, and I gotta say, there was an intervals section, and I felt gassed after one of the 40 second sprints. I respect those who do this at high intensities regularly.

Things to look for in a workout facility.
Accessibility, lots of option of class times, free intro ride, convenient scheduling, pay as you go, smiling helpful staff, no need to buy your own shoes, chilled water and a free sport bottle, optional fruit after your ride, motivating trainers(cyclestars), organized systems, lockers at no charge, great sound system, clean and great smelling environment, well maintained equipment, cool and inviting space... I can't think of what this place does not have. I highly recommend it.
