I recently went to Freret Street Yoga and tried one of Geoffrey's Level 2+ classes. I am an experienced yoga student but was unsure if that level would be too difficult. The class - and the owner/instructor Geoffrey - was amazing! His instruction is so clear and relaxed and, at the same time, very motivating.... more
