I was walking at the mall couple of months ago and then stephane stopped me .
My life has been canged.
He was very understandable and patient,
And I got the mask for the eyes and the lifting mask for the face .

Wonderful products for those in the market for high end skin care, but horrible customer service. This store location is truly deceitful and practice horrible business ethics. They seem to aim to confuse and trick until they get your signature then become aggressive, try to intimidate, and are not helpful resolving any issues for their customers, but are happy to make empty promises. They never mentioned a no refund policy, have you sign an iPad without any information about said policy listed, then print a receipt that says no refund. I would avoid this location at all costs, but if you do happen to stop in and fall in love with their products, I would suggest buying directly from the online company who seem to practice decent customer service and respond in fairly timely fashion.
Are the employees trained to only greet non African Americans?? Maybe the products are not made for dark skinned shoppers?

I had wonderful experience! The people in the store were very nice, i got a lot of helpful tips about how to take care on my skin and of course i purchased some products. So i'm very pleased that i walked into that store
Great eye cream and eye serum. You get results instantly and they get better and better. I also am a using a weekly mask and face cream from the line. When I can I will for sure get the items I had to leave behind. Thanks so much
