Terrific workout option. Friendly staffers and I love the self-competitive aspect of the classes. Ronald, in particular, is a wonderful instructor.. I have a confession.....I am a very well certified personal trainer and thought I was in pretty good shape - boy, was I wrong! Downgrading my last review. The employees are nice but baby, read your contract when you sign up. When you cancel, you are charged two months to be able to exit the contract. I've been freezing my unused account for $11 monthly to avoid the fee but the freeze can only last 3 months.... more
