Friendly staff, great prices, and a huge selection of equipment so you are never kept waiting even at peak times. It's always clean and they have a great selection of alternate training tools and classes. I do wish they were open later on Sunday though.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Good variety of group classes with knowledgable instructors. Quality equipment. More than enough cardio machines. Circuit training areas and separate free weights area. Personal training at additional cost. Massage therapist available. No child care.

Joined for personal training. Had 4 trainers in a year due to trainer turnover. During that time, experienced several trainer NO shows for confirmed appointments. Management ONLY concerned with taking your MONEY. Read the contract carefully. Suggest using another GYM.

I finished the year that I agreed to initially and called on the 6th of the month following. They had already charged me for an additional month, refused to refund that month which I did not sign up for and told me that a 30 day notice of cancellation was needed (meaning they are going to charge me for an additional month!).

I have been with the Parks for 6 months and I am so happy that I have switched gyms! With the friendly staff, clean facility, and convenient location, it is more of an incentive for me to work out. Not only that, The Parks includes all of the equipment and amenities that you want in a gym. The price of the membership is well-priced especially for everything that you get. Mike, my trainer, is amazing as well. He is always prepared to challenge me and is well prepared for all of my sessions. I would recommend the Parks to everyone!

I have been a member of the Parks Health & Fitness since Spring of this year - just moved back to NOLA last Fall after a long time. I like Parks very much for the variety of services I get there. I take yoga, zumba, and hip-hop classes (5 days total per week for these classes) and do two sessions of personal training per week. Sometimes, I just go and do an hour on the treadmill, bicycle, and/or elliptical. The classes have been especially great! Along with the two 30 minute personal training sessions with an awesome trainer (Sean), I have recovered a great deal of my coordination, strength, and cardiovascular stamina. It had been over a year prior to that since I belonged to a gym (was living out of the US) and it feels good to get fit again. Also, I have had help from my yoga class instructors that has been more beneficial than actual physical therapy for a pretty tricky back problem. I am very satisfied with Parks.

Great Gym! Very Friendly people and willing to help you meet your goals. Love all the classes and keeping up with current new classes. I have been only going for 3 months but have seen results and you get to meet with a personal trainer once a month to track your progress and get feedback.
