OT is always a great work out. If you're tired or sore you can always scale back throughout the work out and still walk out burning at least 400 calories. Some work outs are better than others depending on your strengths and weaknesses but overall, it always feels great to go and finish a work out!.... more

Great gym with everything you need for olympic lifting, strongman, and powerlifting. Great gym. Has a good mix of Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman equipment. Not a lot of accessory machines but it has the important stuff.... more

Love this gym! Amanda is a great coach and trainer. Would highly recommend her and all of the other instructors. Great workout!. My wife and I got a membership here back in February and have absolutely loved the kickboxing classes!
